We work with both the family and business leader, as well as the next generation, to help prepare them for the transfer of assets and their future responsibilities.
Light Current State Assessment
Brief interviews with family members to identify high-level themes to further explore.
Findings presented in a report.
Deep Current State Assessment
Interviews with all family members and review of documents to develop an understanding of the past, present and future across all areas of the Family Business System.
A detailed findings report that includes a SWOT assessment, discussion themes and potential actions.
Co-Creation of Roadmap
Facilitation of family discussions and a family meeting to review the findings report, prioritize themes, map out priority actions and gain consensus.
A customized roadmap is developed around the top 3-5 themes to work on by system. Individual confidential family member plans are developed.
Execution of Roadmap
Support as needed based on the past experience and needs of the family.
Set an appropriate meeting cadence and format based on the family situation.
Could include education, individual coaching, and facilitation of a combination of individual, sibling and family meetings.
